The use of a photospectrometer is essential for determining various laboratory values in blood and urine. After a lengthy search among several suppliers, a suitable device was found in the capital city of N'Djamena. This device is suitable for determining creatinine and transaminases, as well as for other chemical analyses to assess various medical conditions.

The device was purchased from Correct Service in N'Djamena with a one-year warranty and installation included. Financing was provided by Amitié Suisse Tchadienne. The clinic covers the cost of chemicals and consumables. Due to the device's wide range of applications, many patients are referred from outside the clinic for blood tests.
